Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Field Inspector to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a Senior Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections, verifying vehicle identification, and documenting results. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to verify vehicle identification and document results.
  • Verification and Documentation: Verify vehicle identification and document results in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless execution of vehicle inspections.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all vehicle inspections are conducted to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in automotive inspections and quality control.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: ASE certification or background in automotive repair cost estimating preferred; ICAR Certifications a plus.
