We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant Team Lead to join our team at Schweiger Dermatology Group. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Managers, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants/LPNs.
Responsibilities- Assist Office Management in successfully running the day-to-day clinical operations of their respective location by providing supervision and evaluation of day-to-day duties.
- Work closely with management to execute all new protocols and assist with training needs.
- Ensure that all assigned Medical Assistants/LPNs follow company policies and protocols.
- Must exude a strong understanding of and enforce CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Assist office management in supervising/finding coverage for necessary shifts.
- On a daily basis, scan all consumables and retail products to assist Office Management with maintaining an adequate number.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to patients and providers.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
- Must be professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
- Must have strong critical thinking, problem resolution skills, and be a great multitasker.
- Competitive hourly pay range of $16-$20 USD.
- Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
- Part-time employees (less than 30 hours) are eligible for dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
