Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician

Moore Industries, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians in providing quality service to our industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC/R systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Lead a team of HVAC technicians in inspecting and maintaining HVAC/R systems, identifying necessary repairs and upgrades.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the ongoing function of HVAC/R systems.
  • Prepare written reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC/R.
  • Knowledge and experience in leading a team, providing direction and achieving successful results.
  • Experience with air handler unit service, maintenance, and repair, as well as makeup air unit system service, maintenance, and repair.
  • Package systems service, maintenance, and repair, as well as air-cooled chiller service, maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
  • Basic understanding of BAS control systems.
  • Valid TWIC card and ability to pass a drug test and screening.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance, communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
