Overview

The Express Retail Sales Associate Keyholder is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. With a focus on providing personalized service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and executing daily tasks with precision, this position plays a critical part in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products
* Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating security systems
* Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and organization
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, implement visual merchandising plans, and maintain inventory levels
* Participate in product launches, training sessions, and other events as required

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles
* Proficiency in technology, including iPads and point-of-sale systems
* Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
