About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Men's Club Soccer Coach to lead our dedicated team of student-athletes. As Head Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing their skills, fostering teamwork, and guiding them towards success on the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive skill development programs tailored to diverse skill levels within the team.
  • Design and implement engaging practice sessions that prioritize safety and effective learning.
  • Mentor and guide student-athletes, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Attend all team practices and games, providing strategic guidance and on-field support.
  • Ensure the well-being of athletes by being prepared to handle emergencies, including first aid, CPR, and AED administration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in coaching or actively participating in soccer at a competitive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate student-athletes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications (or willingness to obtain them within 90 days of employment).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
