Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Events Associate to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events that support our company's key initiatives and corporate calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the events team in planning and executing events, including coordinating vendors, organizing logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.
  • Support travel planning and provide administrative tasks, such as conference room management and event materials printing.
  • Provide systems administration support to enable the organization's operations effectiveness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information gained while coordinating and supporting meeting and event logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of event planning experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High-level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and well in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and other tools.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $49,850, assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
