Job Overview
Our finance team is seeking an experienced Taxation Professional to manage all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance, reporting, planning, and advising. This role involves overseeing tax preparation, financial analysis, and tax law updates.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of taxation, financial accounting, and tax planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audits, providing leadership to the tax department, and contributing to strategic decision-making. They will also develop and implement effective tax accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, along with excellent benefits and a partner-level opportunity in the next 12 months. Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring accurate reporting, and timely filing.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify tax savings opportunities and provide strategic tax planning advice.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors, managing audits and disputes.
  • Provide leadership to the tax department, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement effective tax accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, ACCA, or CTA) would be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tax law, financial accounting, corporate tax, international tax, and indirect taxation.
  • Proven experience in tax preparation, tax compliance, tax planning, and financial audits.
