Job Title: Clinical Simulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Simulation Specialist to join our team at the University of Pennsylvania. As a Clinical Simulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting students in learning and practice in a clinical simulation setting.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Simulation Specialist will take on the characteristics of a real patient to assist students in learning and practice. This will give students the opportunity to be evaluated in specific fields in the Simulation setting of the Helene Fuld Pavilion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students in learning and practice in a clinical simulation setting
  • Take on the characteristics of a real patient to simulate real-world scenarios
  • Provide feedback to students on their performance
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement simulation-based education programs
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required and 1 year of experience as a Standardized Patient

Work Environment:

This is a temporary, non-exempt position. The Clinical Simulation Specialist will work in a clinical simulation setting at the University of Pennsylvania.
