Introduction

We are looking for a skilled professional who can grow existing relationships and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients. As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts within a Branch. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, and enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function
  • Grow revenue by counseling clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases
  • Deliver high-quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices
  • Achieve operational efficiency and performance metrics consistently
  • Grow and profitably manage an assigned group of client accounts successfully
  • Build relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding ongoing customer care
  • Seek referrals from current clients to solicit new business prospects
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
About You

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. You must hold appropriate licensing as required and have proficiency in Microsoft office applications and technology. Previous experience in managing client relationships and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Preferred qualifications include insurance knowledge, P&C experience, solid financial acumen, and the ability to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients.
