About the Role:
- Support the development and implementation of environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to minimize environmental and health risks.
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in environmental health and safety compliance.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
