The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the IP FPGA Prototyping team, which oversees Synopsys' IP Prototyping offerings (such as PCIe and CXL). This position entails approximately 20% travel for compliance workshops, customer interoperability, and conference demonstrations, with a requirement to work from our designated office location.

Essential Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Over 5 years of pertinent industry experience in Validation and Debug with FPGA technology.
  • Experience in SystemVerilog design.
  • Familiarity with PCIe Design and Validation is advantageous.
  • Experience with UVM is a plus.
  • Proficient in a Linux operating environment.
  • Strong communication skills for identifying and implementing solutions while collaborating with clients and partners.
  • Highly motivated individual with the capability to make informed decisions and resolve issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both oral and written.

The salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $114,000 and $170,000. Additionally, this position may qualify for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
