Care/Medication Technician

Morada Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care/Medication Technician to join our team at Morada Southridge. As a key member of our care team, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare coordinators.
- Assist with continence management and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in life enrichment activities and engage residents in meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification required.
- Certified Medication Aide or Medication Administration Technician preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
