Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to enhance the IT department of a prominent healthcare organization. This role involves providing on-site technical assistance across multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support at various clinic sites, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and documentation of service activities.
- Foster positive relationships with end users to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct installations and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring high standards of service.
- Prepare detailed service reports to document activities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support within a Windows environment.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in deskside support scenarios.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Imaging processes.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting network switches and cabling.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems.
Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, as it may involve extended hours or weekend work to accommodate patient care needs. The technician will be part of a dynamic team supporting a vast network of healthcare facilities.
