Job Overview:

Position Summary:
As a Level IV Precision Lathe Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production and quality assurance of machined components tailored to client specifications. This position also involves mentoring colleagues to enhance the skill set of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass the fabrication and evaluation of machined items in accordance with customer specifications. Guidance will be derived from Job Travelers, First Article Inspection Reports, Quality Control Plans, and Specific Part Specifications. You may also conduct secondary inspections for your peers.

As a Level IV Precision Lathe Operator, you will be tasked with Lathe Machine Programming and the identification and acquisition of necessary cutting and hand tools to complete assigned duties.

Additionally, you will support fellow team members with machine setups and the processing of machined components, as well as assist the Team Leader in fostering team development.

Compliance and Safety:
Level IV Precision Lathe Operators are expected to adhere to Quality Management System Procedures, Work Instructions, and Company Policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, while also following standard machine shop safety protocols.
