Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our vision care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting eye health in our communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and be licensed as an optometrist in good standing in the state of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and prescribe medications and treatment options as needed
  • Educate patients on eye health, contact lens care, and disease management
  • Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary
  • Collaborate with store associates to provide excellent customer service and promote eye health awareness
  • Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective business strategies

As an Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive annual salary range of $100,000.00-$200,000.00, depending on your location and experience. You will also receive additional compensation through quarterly performance bonuses and may be eligible for Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on your location.
