Job Title: Employee Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Employee Shuttle Driver to join our team at Moonlight Basin. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees from the Town Center to Moonlight Basin in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Operate a shuttle vehicle in a safe and orderly manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a tight schedule for pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring employees arrive and depart on time.
  • Assist in maintaining, servicing, and cleaning the shuttle interior and exterior.
  • Approach all interactions with employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Moonlight Basin attendance standards.
  • Comply with all Moonlight Basin standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Preferred commercial experience driving large passenger vans.
  • Experience driving on mountainous roads.
  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation-related position.
  • Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands.
  • Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles, both standard and automatic.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to ensure safety, security, and confidentiality are of utmost importance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent work ethic, high level of energy, and exceptional enthusiasm.
  • Ability to promote a positive image and display a pleasant and upbeat personality during all guest interactions.
