Job Overview

Position Title: Facility Supervisor
Location: Passages to Recovery Residential Facilities
Reports to: Facility Manager
Objective: Ensure the safety and security of the facility, assist residents in adhering to guidelines and engaging in treatment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Key Duties:
  • Monitor security posts and uphold safety measures.
  • Handle front office responsibilities and maintain activity logs.
  • Conduct searches and administer substance testing.
  • Verify identification of visitors and manage resident medications.
  • Implement security protocols and liaise with staff.
  • Observe and record resident behaviors and medication distribution.
  • Support residents and document any rule violations.
  • Accompany residents to appointments and supervise meal preparation.
  • Foster professional relationships and engage in team assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work various shifts and demonstrate reliability, including but not limited to:
  • 8am – 4pm
  • 4pm – 12am
  • 12am – 8am
  • Maintain professional boundaries and appearance.
  • Comfortable working with individuals facing substance use challenges and those involved with the justice system.
  • Enforce regulations firmly yet compassionately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and adept at record-keeping.
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred. Experience with incarcerated or treatment populations is advantageous.

Certificates and Licenses:
  • ACT 33 & 34 Clearances.
  • Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
  • Completion of annual training.
  • PCB certification within one year of employment.
