Your Contributions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or client inquiries.

  • Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Tasks may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Records Management based on assigned duties.
  • Participates in cross-functional training to ensure readiness to provide support during staffing shortages.
  • Responsibilities and site coverage may shift based on client and departmental requirements.

Mail and Courier Services:

  • Ensures the accurate and timely handling of all courier items, interoffice mail, and various classes of postal mail.
  • Monitors and tracks courier and accountable items (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).
  • Investigates and directs unidentified and generic mail.
  • Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items efficiently.
  • Addresses customer inquiries promptly.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer requests and their fulfillment.

Copy and Print Production:

  • Responsible for the accurate reproduction of all print requests.
  • Evaluates electronic files for print readiness, performs printing, binding, assembling, sorting, laminating, and quality control checks.
  • Logs and tracks all activities for reporting purposes.
  • Responds to customer requests efficiently.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer inquiries and their fulfillment.
  • Performs daily maintenance tasks as required.

Shipping and Receiving:

  • Manages the shipping and receiving of packages, materials, and products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Receives shipments, verifies counts, retains documentation, and secures customer signatures.
  • Operates shipping and receiving equipment, addresses customer requests, and maintains inventory records.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.

  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Must complete all necessary security and clearance processes required by clients.
  • May involve travel between various client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing job duties.
