Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Town of Williston's Public Works Department is in search of two dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technicians.

  • These roles are essential for upholding the aesthetic appeal, safety, and operational efficiency of municipal buildings and outdoor areas.
  • Key responsibilities include a variety of tasks such as property upkeep, cleaning services, snow removal, and additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) along with two to three years of pertinent experience. A valid Vermont Driver's License is required.

Compensation: The Town of Williston provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement plans, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, and more. The starting wage is competitive, ranging from $22 to $23 per hour, based on the qualifications of the selected individual.
