UX Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Strategist to join our team at Fastspot. As a UX Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research and analysis to inform the development of our digital experiences. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients' target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform the development of digital experiences
• Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that products meet user needs
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies
• Conduct usability testing and analysis to inform product development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
