Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of paving projects.
  • Supervise and manage a team of paving crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including estimating, procurement, and quality control, to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the quality of our work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in paving operations management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP, are highly desirable.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Asana, is a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance at project sites and occasional travel to meet with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
