KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are essential to the role:

  • Conduct tests on electromechanical components utilizing various tools and equipment, adhering to specified standards and procedures.
  • Employ automated testing equipment when necessary.
  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections while maintaining detailed inspection records.
  • Report any quality concerns to the production supervisor promptly.
  • Package components for storage or shipment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY:

  • Operates under general supervision.
  • Decision-making is confined to well-defined areas, with referrals made for matters outside this scope.
  • Minimal influence on the decisions of others.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Manual dexterity for testing and packaging small components.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality specifications.
  • Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment for testing and inspection.
  • No prior experience with office software is required.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • No formal educational qualifications are necessary.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
