Lead Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Lead Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Brea, CA. As a Lead Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales growth by suggesting looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Store Operations: Ensure efficient handling of cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Training and Coaching: Partner with store management to train and coach store staff on selling practices, customer service, and sales goals, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Technology and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations, understanding how they can enhance the consumer experience, improve operations, and drive business performance.
