About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Lead Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Brea, CA. As a Lead Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, suggesting looks that incorporate current promotions and Levi's service approach.
  • Store Operations: Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems, while maintaining store standards.
  • Training and Coaching: Partner with store management to train and coach store staff on selling practices, authentic customer service, and sales goals.
  • Technology Adoption: Adopt and advocate for new technologies being rolled-out in store, understanding how they enable consumer experience, improve operations, and boost store and company performance.
