**CNC Operator Position**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform thorough inspections of CNC machines and processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Make adjustments to CNC programs and set-ups, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet production deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, making adjustments to machine set-ups as needed.
  • Utilize manufacturing reporting systems to track production and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
  • 1+ years of experience working with CNC milling equipment.
  • Proven experience with machine cutting operations and precision manufacturing techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
**Benefits**
