This division plays a crucial role in managing financial resources effectively while minimizing interest expenses through strategic liability planning, asset-liability management, and enhancing liquidity portfolio yields. We seek individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and possess strong quantitative analysis and risk management skills, as the dynamic nature of Treasury operations requires constant adaptation to various business activities, market conditions, risk appetites, and regulatory frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute trades and establish pricing for both secured and unsecured liabilities, including structured and vanilla products.
  • Develop innovative trade ideas aimed at reducing interest expenses, minimizing capital consumption, and enhancing liquidity metrics in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage risks associated with the existing portfolio and new trades, including funding, interest rate, basis, cross-currency, and foreign exchange risks.
  • Contribute insights and trade ideas based on macroeconomic market trends.
  • Conduct daily evaluations of secured and unsecured funding curves, perform P&L reconciliations, and review relevant reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with enthusiasm for the role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments based on quantitative data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with building financial models, managing extensive datasets, and analyzing outcomes.
