Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- RN licensed in the state of Texas or Compact State.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification (6 months from hire for GN's or transfer into unit).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a RN in Critical Care.
- Experience as a RN 1-2 years in Med-Surg or Telemetry.
- TNCC and CCRN certifications.
