Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Float Pool. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop personalized care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and effective care delivery.
  • Delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines, patient condition, and team abilities.
  • Emphasize patient and family-centered care, promoting emotional and physical well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
  • At least two years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on float pool or similar environments.
  • Basic life support certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
