Job Summary
The Program Coordinator, Operations will provide administrative support to the UNCF Institute for Capacity Building program management team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of various ICB programs.
  • Plan and execute special events, annual convenings, and webinars.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including funders, partners, and participants.
  • Develop and update content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in budget management, including preparing financial reports and tracking program expenses.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination or related roles
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creativity in event planning and marketing
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
