We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pediatrician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a pediatrician with our group, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to children in the Las Vegas area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide well-child visits, sick child visits, vaccinations, screenings/tests, and other pediatric care services
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Conduct hospital rounds within assigned clinic hours
- Participate in asthma program and other pediatric initiatives
- Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience
- Incentive bonus available, with potential earnings of $10,000 to $50,000 per year
- Quality incentive based on current contracts
- 3-year contract
- Malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with 3% matching contributions
- 18 days of paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and CME
- Paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- $1,500 for CME
- Board certification in pediatrics (BE/BC)
- MD or DO degree
