Shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are available (conventional nurse with 36 hour guarantee).

Our staff works 24/7 to provide comprehensive, compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting. Each staff member is part of the larger multi-disciplinary team that helps develop the care plan to aid you or your loved one in achieving the highest level of recovery possible. We specialize in rehabilitation services to accelerate the speed and scope of recovery in a private and dignified manner. Our goal is to help restore maximum abilities for individuals recovering from medical injuries in a patient-centered, family-focused environment.
Our Dialysis RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care, training, and education. This RN will work collaboratively with team members and participants in program development.
Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Responsible for executing the dialysis program.
- Collects, analyzes, and records relevant patient health data accurately.
- Analyzes assessment data to identify patient problems.
- Develops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR.
- Evaluates patient progress toward attainment of identified goals.
- Adheres to approved, research-based practice standards.
- Utilizes equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Required Skills:
- 1 year or more of CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Preferred
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
