Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to understand overall goals and objectives, identify key business challenges, and develop potential success criteria.
  • People Development: Build and lead a team to execute on business area or category objectives, coach team members, and provide feedback to enhance skills and work performance.
  • Project Scope: Own complex projects end-to-end for a business area, category, or prototype, manage risk associated with implementation, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Model Development: Develop data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions for complex projects, drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, and provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis, or experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R).
