The RN - Physician Office Nurse is a vital member of the healthcare team at Ballad Health Medical Associates. This role requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a physician office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Deliver safe and effective patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid and active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Shift: Day shift with rotating weekends.
- On-call requirements: None.
- Travel requirements: No travel required.
