About the Role

This leadership position requires a strong track record of success in healthcare management, with expertise in staff supervision, coaching, and development. You will work closely with our executive leadership team to develop strategic plans, implement programs, and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding for healthcare programs and services
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements
  • Active MD or DO License in Washington State (required)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (preferred)
  • MAT Waiver within 120 days of hire (required)
  • Active DEA Certification (required)
  • Active CPR Certification (required)
  • Valid drivers license (required)
Salary and Benefits
