Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Patient Care
- Oversee the detoxification process for clients, ensuring that all medical procedures and operations are followed and documented.
- Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Medical Record Keeping and Documentation
- Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient physical and emotional status.
- Sign, date, and perform all charting, record-keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Medication Administration and Management
- Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications as ordered by the physician in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Individualized Patient Care
- Provide outstanding individualized resident care, taking into account each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
- Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and work levels
- Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and continuity of the program
- Customer service-oriented and professional attitude
- Valid Driver's License
