Role Overview

The Flight Operations Recruiter will provide comprehensive recruitment and staffing support for Frontier Airlines' flight operations. This role involves collaborating to attract pilots and fill various flight operations roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support pilot staffing strategies in a competitive hiring landscape.
  • Organize and participate in pilot recruitment events alongside the flight operations recruitment team.
  • Monitor staffing objectives and performance metrics.
  • Offer collaborative and consultative support to flight operations staff and leadership.
  • Work with the corporate staffing unit to develop qualified applicant sources and assist in the interview process.
  • Generate candidate pipelines for open positions through various sourcing methods.
  • Travel as necessary to meet staffing needs for pilots.
  • Build and maintain pilot candidate pools for ongoing recruitment.
  • Identify innovative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Prior experience in the airline industry is preferred.
