Arms Acres Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Admissions team in a supportive working environment.
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for coordinating and performing tasks to prepare patients for admission, including greeting patients, ensuring all bags are tagged and moved to storage, and searching baggage for documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient preparation for admission
- Search baggage and document findings
- Review patient handbook and obtain signatures
- Introduce patients to wing members and/or case managers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
