This Bodily Injury Claims Representative position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. As a representative of Concord Group Insurance, you will handle bodily injury and general liability claims from start to finish, ensuring that policyholders receive fair treatment and timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include investigating claims, verifying damages, and negotiating settlements that meet the needs of all parties involved.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or insurance
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience adjusting third-party liability claims, with more experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proficiency in software applications, such as Microsoft Office and specialized claims management systems
Concord Group Insurance offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
