Job Responsibilities and QualificationsThe MRI Technologist will perform a variety of procedures utilizing specialized Magnetic Resonance Equipment for screening and diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols and safety regulations.
Required qualifications include:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- ARRT certification in MRI.
- State Registered Radiologic Technician.
- Completion of a Vocational School program or an Associate Degree.
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care facility offering a comprehensive range of services. We are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast, providing interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery. Additional services include labor and delivery, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, adult and pediatric emergency services, and diagnostic services. We also offer both inpatient and outpatient surgical services.
As a designated Certified Primary Stroke Center, our Physical Rehabilitation Center is CARF accredited, and we are recognized as a Level II Trauma Center verified by the American College of Surgeons.
