Job Overview

RadNet is seeking a highly skilled MRI Steering Technologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality MRI diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality MRI diagnostic images from a remote location with the assistance of a ROCC Tech Assistant.
  • Adhere to company policies and established protocols to ensure patient safety.
  • Release patients with proper follow-up information via the ROCC Tech Assistant.
  • Produce high-quality images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during scans via cameras and through feedback from the ROCC Tech Assistant.
  • Recognize emergency situations and direct the ROCC Tech Assistant in emergency shutdown of gradient and/or main magnetic field (quench) when applicable.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

Requirements:

  • ARRT(R)(MR) certification or ARMRIT certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
  • Minimum of 3 years diagnostic imaging experience required.
  • CPR certification.
