We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Howmet Aerospace Inc. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing applicants to fill vacant positions, as well as developing recruitment strategies and managing data on recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sources and recruits qualified applicants through various channels, including job advertising and networking.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, and other sources of applicants.
  • Conducts interviews and makes recommendations for selection to hiring leaders.
  • Manages data on recruitment activities, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Assists with developing and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure attracting and recruiting the best candidates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
