Quality Inspector Role

Printpack Rigid is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in our Williamsburg Facility, reporting to the Quality Lead on 3rd shift. The Quality Inspector's primary responsibility is to inspect, pack, and label products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support safety initiatives and model Printpack's Core Values.
  • Inspect, pack, and label products, visually detecting small defects and classifying them according to standard defects.
  • Support 5S/Lean Manufacturing/PPS initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work night shift, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. assisted.
  • Problem-solving skills and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to use computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
Physical Requirements:
  • Required to wear hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnet, uniform, and steel-toed shoes.
  • Required to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Bending, lifting, repetitive motion, walking, and squatting.
