Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Support Specialist to join our team at the Central Oregon Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Accurately schedule appointments, verify client information, and maintain up-to-date patient records.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and ensure all financial duties are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients, handling phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.


Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (including sick time).
