Position Overview:
Synerfac is in search of a dedicated and licensed Architect to join our team.

Our firm focuses on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects on a national scale, offering a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across various aspects of professional design services.

Ideal candidates will hold a professional degree in Architecture and demonstrate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Previous experience in a professional design environment is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve engaging in all stages of professional design services, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing contracts and evaluating program requirements.
  • Conducting code analyses and developing designs along with related construction documents.
  • Interacting with clients, contractors, and regulatory officials.
  • Collaborating with other design team members.
  • Reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
  • Managing various project-related tasks.

Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • BS in Architecture, BArch, or a higher degree.
  • Experience in consulting firm operations with a solid understanding of architectural practices.
  • Proficient in personal computer operations.
  • Ability to gather relevant information and effectively communicate it to team members.
  • Enthusiasm for setting goals and inspiring others involved in architectural projects.
  • Support Operations/Sales & Marketing Directors in preparing Proposals, Project Budgets, and Schedules.
