We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. in Albany, NY.
Job SummaryThis is a 30-month contract position where you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all technical issues and will work closely with our team to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage support requests on a level 2 help desk with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve hardware and software issues, as well as troubleshoot Windows 10/11 or OS, using your expertise in VMware vSphere to support virtual desktops including linked clones.
- Utilize Lansweeper, Remote desktop, and Active Directory to provide seamless support to our clients.
- Configure and install windows-based hardware, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients, while imaging computers efficiently.
- SUPPORT OUTLOOK AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS.
- Install and support O365 in an enterprise environment with minimal downtime.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing support requests on a level 2 help desk.
- Expertise in resolving hardware and software issues, as well as troubleshooting Windows 10/11 or OS.
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere to support virtual desktops including linked clones.
- Experience utilizing Lansweeper, Remote desktop, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of ITSM service desks.
- Ability to configure and install windows-based hardware, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients.
- Experience imaging computers efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
