We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. As a leader in our PACU department, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and ensuring high-quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the PACU department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during designated shifts.
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate patient records.
- Instruct patients and families on medication and treatment instructions.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Florida Registered Nurse license or compact licensure.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and CPI (if applicable).
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
