Job Summary

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist with Synerfac Technical Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial electrical systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical equipment, including wiring, receptacles, and switchgear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret electrical code specifications, blueprints, and schematics to determine layout and installation of electrical equipment.
  • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, and other electrical components.
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Maintain, repair, and install switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep accurate records.
  • Assist and train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
Requirements
  • Two-year Associate Degree in electrical-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years industrial maintenance electrician experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.
