Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide services and resources to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency.
  • Identify and address strengths and barriers to independent functioning in the community.
  • Support individuals and families in crisis situations, providing personalized interventions to develop informed decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 1 year directly related experience in crisis intervention or patient support.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish skills and certification as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be expected to work independently, making sound judgments and decisions while prioritizing multiple tasks.

The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
