Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Checking In Members: Welcome and check in members as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Membership Sales and Retention: Promote and sell membership packages, as well as retain existing members through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude and Communication Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, with excellent communication skills to interact with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Multitasking and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize member satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service and quality in all interactions.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
