Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna policies.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience preferred.
